Springwatch holidays: in the woods

The UK used to be covered in woodland but there's still plenty to enjoy on your holiday and for so many of our native species it's home sweet home.

Tracking animal footprints can turn a walk into an investigation and turn the kids into sleuths. Bark rubbings are great for bedroom art and tree identification back home, or print off and see who finds everything first.
