Thanks for all your emails and comments about the first edition of . When we watched the show back the following day, we were all, in effect, seeing what we'd been working on for the first time (when you are in the gallery it's very hard to get a proper sense of the show). And I agreed with many of the comments viewers made, for example about the pace of the programme.

The first edition also had two football items in it and there were comments about us being another football programme. Viewers of the second edition would have noted the three big pieces covered tennis (), and - as I think I said in a previous blog, you have to look at the show over a number of weeks to get a sense of the range we cover.

Anyway, here are some more specific answers to some of your comments - keep them coming.

Q. The Tour de France is soon to hit our shores on July 7th. Will Inside Sport be covering this magnificent event prior to its arrival?
We'd love to cover the ,but unfortunately we are off air then and not back until September 3rd so any piece could be dated by then.

We may well be doing a cycling piece on May 28th, but if for any reason it doesn't come off, we'll do one in the autumn.

Q. Do you have any plans to cover Rugby League on the show?
We did mention the in the winners and losers slot and we had planned to do a feature on refs who cross over between League and Union, but it just didn't come off this time. We will keep looking for stories - my deputy on the show is a big Saints fan, so I'm sure he'll have some good ideas.

Q. FA Carlsberg Vase will be held at the new Wembley before the FA Cup - why did you say the FA Cup final would be the first?
We said "you could win two tickets to the final - it’s the very first Final at the new Wembley". This was meant to mean that it's the very first FA Cup final at the new Wembley, sorry if that wasn't clear enough.

Q. Why do you use two different versions for the web and 91Èȱ¬ World?
We have to reversion the shows for two reasons - some things go out of date and therefore have to be cut out of the show; and there are also rights issues, we have the rights to use some pictures and music in the UK but not throughout the rest of the world or on the web.

Q. The first show felt too rushed - will this always be the case?
Your concerns about the programme feeling too rushed last week were echoed by many of us when we watched back, so thanks for that. We tried to make it a little less rushed this week so I hope that was an improvement.

Q. Matthew Pinsent's report on Iraq veteran Mick Brennan was an inspiration - I hope he makes it to Beijing. Will we hear more from him in the future?
He's a great bloke with amazing determination and strength of character and I'm betting on him to get to Beijing. We will revisit him in a year to see if he makes it.
