Here's Gregg's smashing sprouts recipe that he cooked for us on the programme
3 rashers of streaky bacon
50g chestnuts
70g salted butter - soft
Half a kilo of brussel sprouts
Cut the bacon in to strips and fry. When good and crispy add the chestnuts. Disgard the excess fat and mix the bacon and chestnuts with the soft butter.
Cut the brussel sprouts in half and boil and then fry them in the bacon/chestnut/butter mix.
