Female Referees
Can women referee a football match as well as men? Karen Williams reckons she can.
Karen from Anglesey made history by becoming the first woman to take charge of a Welsh Cup final and a mere three years after she began refereeing. The FAW Women's Cup Final between Cardiff City Ladies and Pwllheli Ladies took place in April 2006.
Is the poem available anywhere on the site. I'd love to have a copy!

Complain about this postOooh, dear... pointless chatter and drivel from ever-dumber weekend Radio 4. Not clever, not enlightening and not even funny. Worse sort of 'I'm clever, so listen to me' pub-bore "wit", combined with un-insightful 'insight' articles and interviews with third-liners who couln't cope with a proper interview elsewhere. Try something else, please.
