People all over the UK have been logging on this morning to try to get their second chance at Olympic tickets. Here's the experience of Amanda Farnsworth, our 91Èȱ¬ London 2012 project executive, in one of our occasional guest posts on this blog.

Here in the 91Èȱ¬'s 2012 Project, we didn't exactly have the Midas touch in getting tickets in the first round. Someone got a hockey session, another got swimming and one lucky person an athletics session but most of us came away disappointingly empty handed.

So, like millions of you, I set the alarm for 5am and decided to use two computers to log in with and maximise my chances. I had already printed out the ticket availability some days previously and chosen my three sessions .

Before 6am, I thought I should check the website one last time and noticed a statement saying there had been an error concerning one athletics session's prices.

So I clicked again on the availability link. It seemed rather different from what I had printed out so I quickly rethought and chose three sessions that looked like there were tickets for: athletics, hockey and handball.

The Olympic ticket story isn't going away. Successful applicants are finding out which events they'll be going to - while people who missed out completely in the first round get their second chance to bid from Friday.

Again, this space is for you to comment on where you are in the process and your reaction to it - but there was no mistaking the disappointment that's already been expressed by many here and across the rest of the media.

I've been talking in the past couple of days to a number of senior folk in British sport, outside the normal Olympic circuit.

Music is high on the 2012 agenda at the moment. We've been debating with our external partners what the right song is to mark the One Year To Go celebrations next month; and today we're making public a huge array of classical music-making to complement the Hackney Radio 1 event that we announced in May.

You can read more about Music Nation - which will take place on the first weekend of March 2012 - here.

Hackney was unashamedly targeted at the Olympic boroughs: we want to create a fantastic weekend for 100,000 young people in East London that's then shared by TV and radio.

But Music Nation is, as the title suggests, about offering everyone in the UK a chance to take part in something near them - so it takes in Land's End as well as Shetland.

The fog around Olympic tickets is blowing away. Most people now know whether they've got them or not and pretty much everywhere I've been this week the conversation has been about whether your bank account has been debited - and whether you struck lucky in the ballot.

The reason for this post is simply to let you continue the debate about whether the system was fair, and what you'd like to see happen next.

From the stories already on our website many people feel bruised by the process being an odd way round: debit made first and then you find out afterwards what you've got.
