What's that in her hand, a printout of "The glass box for Thursday"?
Seqiun looks pretty well prepared, although I can't quite see if she's got her wellies on.
Good luck to her and the crew - it looks like it's going to be a wet one......

Carolyn.. or as you got called again Caroline (you can hear the silent fury!) Brilliant on Today this morning, Brilliant on PM tonight? Well muddy maybe. Eddie ask her if she's staying on for the music.. shame Status Quo aren't playing they could sing there big hit 'come on sweet Carolyn'
Peter,
Does that mean she's actually abandoning The Fields of Honour and returning to a warm, dry studio?
Heaven forfend!

Nice smile.
There! A comment un-slurried from adrenalin and testosterone. Another deep breath- back to Thursday's Glass Box to work on my popularity stakes.

Oh it looks ghastly -- let the poor woman go home!!!
Sequin - I hope you took enough bin bags and gaffer tape, you made need to make some kind of floatation device! Truly though I hope you get to enjoy it in some shape of form. Keep those feet dry!
(and as Carl said well done for keeping your cool; I've noticed it happens a lot....would drive me spare!)
We did ask for an outside picture.
They said camper van on the Today show. This looks like a tent (or is it an awning?).
Have you seen my mate Sid yet?
LOVE IS THE LAW, CAROLYN!
Have one for all of us.

As The Beach hasn't arrived, how about moving the action to here?
...Introducing...
...For one week only...
"The Muddy Hollow"
Now, since the camels and bar are separated from us by a mudslide (a la Hampton Loade), we'll have to make do with what is here - namely a marquee (to take refuge from the weather in) and the Today camper van (which I hope John Humphries remembered to stock up with supplies before handing over the keys)
By the way, HERE are the rest of the photos from Today - I wouldn't like to meet her producers / engineers in a dark alley...
Thanks Mittfh, and here's some more!

Heard a couple of your excellent reports from the mudfest Carolyn, including the new 'Today' song! Will it become your new theme tune?
Have you enjoyed it and will you be taking the Today camper van out again?
If you miss your usual Daily, Carolyn, you can pick up the *STAR* at the Guardian Stand.

What does Mr. Humphrey mean by the trailer for next week's Today program? If workers became bourgeois, who is going to do all the'stuff'?
