Liz Gibbons is today's programme producer. Here is her early email to the team.

Hi

What would you like to do?

Here's some story ideas we can discuss takes treatments and guests for; house prices (and mortgage rates); Terminal Five fiasco; Time magazine on feral kids; the phenomenon of Carla Bruni? Anything else?

We can also continue to pursue Simba Makoni…

Liz

MENAGE A DEUX

Or you could consider Sarkosy’s cosying-up to Britain - a Britain declared as a beacon of success - set against the rising discomfort of all its citizens as indicated by prison, mental health, education (behind the pretence) obesity and any other parameter you care to choose.
Get Oliver James in to remind us all (yet again) that Britain is desperately unwell – and by inference: Sarkosy is either a twit or a git.

Isn't it about time you did a bit of editing on this page to move out old entries? This blog goes back to August 2006, all on one page and it takes a while to load. Thanks.
