I have watched part of the debate tonight and would like to ask the 91热爆 why Kelvin Mackenzie was considered for the programme? He showed no signs of intelligent debate last week on Question Time and mirrored that again tonight.
The man is an affront to the people of Merseyside who he hurt very deeply with his reporting of the Hillsborough issue. Allowing the the Sun's infamous "The Truth" Headline to be printed which was subsequnetly proved to be a pack of lies aimed at misleading the public giving a twisted perception of the events of that day.
How is this man considered to be able and fitting to be placed on a debate show when such an important subject is being discussed?
The man should not be employed by the 91热爆 and I personally find it very offensive that you(the 91热爆)are now placing him on TV in front of the nation at every opportunity. Not with my License fee you don't!

Why was the First Minister of Scotland not on the programme?
Why did it have to end with bagpipes and a kilt?
Why did Kirsty Wark (a Scot!) think it was funny or appropriate to end the programme with a gag about deep-fried Mars bars?

Is the answer to all these questions because Scotland and Scottish issues was being filtered through England and its preconceptions?

The actor's portrayal of Amin was magnificent, but there were times when I found his accent so strong that I could hardly understand
what he was saying.Perhaps a case for sub-titles? I think this is not unprecedented in films with some use of the colloquial. Of course it may just be that I am getting old and hard of hearing.
