Language Feeds

The language feeds for Croatian and Portugueseafrica are now back up:

/croatian/index.rdf
/portugueseafrica/index.rdf

Plus we have added [or actually Ian has added - thanks Ian] Brazilian [Portuguese] to the list:

/portuguese/index.rdf
This means there are 41 now different language RSS feeds.

also full language opml file here:
/worldservice/sitemap/rssnewsfeeds.opml

This means the only language we don't support is Spanish.

Trying to tidy up other bits and bobs. Do let us know if you see anything you think we should know about.
