Entry to the Portrait Design Competition by Cristine who attended a FREE Blast on Tour workshop in Colchester. This design is for El Policia. Cristine says: I choose el polica because I thought they were funny and they can sing well. They also are really in to there music. I drew swirls and stars I then choose a colour light blue so I could see the swirls and the stars.
