Imparting his gastronomic expertise on Henry's show from Monday 7 July to Friday 11 July 2008 was award winning Chef, Nana Akuffo. Ghanaian born Nana homed his cooking skills at Westminster College. After this he moved on to The Savoy and for eight years received classical training from Anton Edelmann.  Nana has worked at several establishments including the Brasserie St Quinton on London's fashionable Brompton Road.
