Thursday 15 January's hot topic:SHOULD ALL CARS HAVE SPEED LIMITERS INSTALLED? The Government's transport advisors think they'd save lives and cut carbon emissions. The device automatically slows a car down so it's within the speed limit for the road its on. Those in favour reckon the technology will cut accidents with injuries by almost a third. Those against say it'd take too much power away from the driver.听 What do you think?
