Reading have been relegated. They played their part up at Derby - winning 0 - 4 but were let down by the final score down at Fratton Park where Fulham scored against Portsmouth.

Help playing audio/video Reading FC chairman John Madejski said: "We had this magnificent result this afternoon 4-0 - it's brilliant. To go away knowing that we're going to be playing in the Championship is听 a cruel thing, but isn't sport cruel. At the post-match press conference a downbeat Steve Coppell said: "Three points here today - I had a feeling it would be enough. "At the end of it all you've got to give huge respect to Roy Grant and Fulham, they had to go there and get a result and that is to their credit. "We're obviously bitterly disappointed听 - that's an understatement - the dressing room is a very sad place at the moment, and it's difficult to know what to say to ease their pain. "There's no comfort in words at the moment, it's just a bit of a numb feeling. We've brought some good stuff to the Premiership - it's just a shame it ended that way." Help playing audio/video Midfielder Glen Little was also very emotional speaking to 91热爆 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor after the game. " I can't believe it. You're relying on texts and phone calls and in the end it's gone against us. "It's not about today, we haven't done enough over the season.
"We know how big the gulf is between the Premier League and the Championship - a lot of us have played in the Championship for years, and when you go up with 106 points you don't really want to go back there again.
