Mr great uncle was a Romany Gypsy called Tinker Bill. He had this China Bowl, possibly as part payment for some work. He used repair household objects and travelled all over the country. He settled in London in the Deptford after realising it was easier to make a living being settled in one area. I'm not sure of the history of the bowl.
