Residents and visitors to Bath can view the largest collection of jade on display in the UK at the Museum of East Asian Art. The collection includes objects dating from the Neolithic period, such as this 4,000 year old bi-disc from China. The function of bi-discs with notches and teeth is unknown though theories have been put forward to suggest an astrological significance.
