::ÌýBusta Rhymes was named by Chuck D, after NFL player Buster Rhymes.

::ÌýHe formed Leaders Of The Nu Skool with Charlie Brown, Dinco D and Cut Monitor Milo in 1990.

::ÌýThey released 2 albums before the other rappers felt like Busta was taking too much of the shine and tried to push him out.

::ÌýBusta broke out on his own and made some legendary remix appearances on Tribe's 'Scenario' and Craig Mack's 'Flava In Ya Ear'.

::Ìý95 and 96 were big years - he signed a solo deal with Elektra, released first album 'The Coming', got a top 10 single with 'Woo Hah' and appeared in 'Higher Learning' with Ice Cube.

::ÌýHis career has been guided by Violator Management and its CEO Chris Lighty who's a close friend.

::ÌýThrough Flipmode Squad, Busta introduced Spliff Star, Rampage and Rah Digga to the world, and he's now bringing thru Papoose.

::ÌýHe joined the Aftermath camp in 2005.

::ÌýBusta is still the king of the remix and openly acknowledges that he kills MCs on their own tunes, but can he bring New York back?
